The Little Man is off! I thought it would never happen. He has LOVED standing since he was only six weeks old. He definitely has his daddy's quads. He has been "on the verge" of walking since about 8.5 months. I obliged day after day, hour after hour, to being his walker. I will probably have a hunch back one day to prove it. So, although 11.5 months is pretty early to be walking, it isn't a day too early for this mom! He is so stinkin cute- you can see the pride all over his smiling face, even when he falls- which for Owen, is saying a lot. He is still our more sensitive one. Sweet boy. :) So, without further adieu...here is his progress and success! We are proud of you too, Bug! And, Ruby, we know you are not far behind!
This was the beginning stage...and you can see a little of where Ruby is at. I couldn't figure out how to trim the video to 58 seconds, so stop there...or watch on for nothin much. Just can't leave this part out. Obviously, I can't remember learning to walk and therefore, it is SO fun to watch them learn. I bet this is just the beginning of that kinda stuff. They are so brave and determined and find such pride in their accomplishments. Love it!

how stinkin' cute is that?? WAAAAY! i love it that he just laughs when he falls. he is a rockstar! you guys are so good...i NEVER encouraged mine moving. but i guess it didn't hurt them in the long run. :) also....teach me how on earth to not have a baby gate at the stairs! are our kids lame or something...they had issues of taking headers....thus, gates became our friends very early on around here.
Audrey & Chip, Wow! love it!! It's p close to being there-thanks for the clip! I had trouble getting online, but decided I HAD to see OT & R walking!!
